Shri Rahul Bhave

Shri Rahul Bhave is a senior banker with over 24 years of commercial banking experience in various capacities and has served across the country. He has served in National Housing Bank as Executive Director since 2020. He has worked to encourage a sound housing and housing finance system in the country, through effective supervision of HFCs and refinance to strengthen the grassroot credit delivery network.
Has experience of heading zone in commercial Bank. Apart from his expertise in retail operations, he also carries experience in the areas of Refinance, Supervision, Recovery, Risk Management, and IT.
He has also served in committees established by RBI and IBA on emerging technologies in banking and Risk Management.
Shri Bhave has an MBA in Public Management & Policy from IIM, Ahmedabad, and a Postgraduate in Statistics. He is also a qualified CAIIB professional.

Shri V. Anish Babu

Shri V. Anish Babu is General Manager, IFCI Ltd. and Executive Director, Institute of Leadership Development. He has been associated with IFCI Ltd since 2002. He has held several positions and assignments in IFCI Ltd and has been given responsibility as Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited. He has vast experience in financial sector having exposure of working under Credit Appraisal, Risk management, NPA Management, Business Development, Regional Office administration, Subsidiaries & Associates Co-ordination, and Estates etc.

Shri Arvind Kumar Jain

Shri Arvind Kumar Jain, Ex-ED Punjab & Sind Bank is having rich Banking experience of around 40 years with expertise in Treasury Corporate Credit, International Banking, Equity & Debt Capital raising, Compliances and Risk Management. In Banking, his career remained quite bright & headed the Branches/ controlling offices besides worked in H.O of the Bank. In Oriental Bank of Commerce as a Chief General Manager, he headed the Large Corporate Credit Department and as a General Manager he headed Integrated Treasury and International Division, Mid Corporate Credit, Merchant Banking Division, Investor Relation etc.

Shri Ajay Kumar Kapur

(Non Executive Director)

Shri Ajay Kumar Kapur is having more than 40 year of experience in handling all aspects of development banking including branch operations, policy functions, credit operations, lending to banks, NBFCs and MFIs, SFMC, receivable finance, risk management, treasury and resource raising, associate institutions, international cooperation, IT, venture capital and PE, government interface. Shri Kapur played a key role in establishment of MUDRA, Receivable Exchange of India and National Credit Guarantee Trustee Co. Ltd. Long experience of serving on the board of companies. Shri Ajay Kumar Kapur began his professional career as Industrial Engineer with Punjab Tractors Ltd. from 1980-1985. Then he switched to finance in 1985 when he joined Industrial Development Bank of India where he worked in project finance and other areas for five years before switching to SIDBI. He retired as Deputy MD, SIDBI in October 2019.

Smt Tripti Somani

Smt Tripti Somani graduated from SRCC and did a Master of business law from National Law School Bangalore. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience beside being a social entrepreneur at heart. She started Womennovator in 2015, a social impact incubator & platform to foster women entrepreneurship. She is having progressive experience in profit and non-profit organizations both large and SMEs including business and financial advisory for various organizations such as PwC, Grant Thornton (GT) & World Bank.

Presently, she is a CEO and Managing Director of KGS Advisors, a Financial advisory firm. She is also the founder and Co-founder of Womennovator, Gvriksh, Queens XI Cricket League and Ex- Chairperson and Ex- Co-Chairperson of Women Entrepreneurship Committee and MSME Committee – PHDCCI from PHD Chamber of Commerce and industry, ASSOCHAM, MEPSC Skill Council. She had also served on the governing council of NIESBUD, Ministry of Skill development and entrepreneurship, and also acted as board member to companies like SMC food (Madhusudan) and many more.

Smt Tripti Somani has been conferred with several awards including award for India’s most inspiring women leaders award in March 2022 for her contribution in Women empowerment project i.e. Womennovator.

Mr. Prasoon

Shri Prasoon, Chief General Manager, IFCI Ltd. is an Electrical Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Energy) from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, Haryana. He is a Chartered Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and a Fellow of The Institute of Engineers (India).

He is associated with the IFCI Ltd. since 2008. He has experience in Integrated Treasury & Investment, Corporate Accounts & Taxation & Resources departments. He also has experience in handling IT, Corporate Planning & Consultancy Services, Credit and Recovery Departments.

Shri Gauri Shankar

Shri. Gauri Shankar holds bachelor’s degree in science and commerce; He has over 42 years’ of experience in Banking and Finance and served as Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of Punjab National Bank in 2015. He was also the Executive Director of the same Bank. Prior to this, Shri Shankar worked in Bank of India in various positions, which include General Manager of various Departments viz, Finance (CFO), National Banking Group North (Operations), Asset Recovery, Learning and Development (HR) and Strategy and Planning. Shri. Shankar has vast experience in domestic and international operations. Worked in Bank of India’s Singapore and Jakarta Operations. His forte is Finance, Strategy and HR Development. He also worked as DGM and Zonal Manager of Lucknow Zone. While in PNB, he was Chairman of PNB’s wholly owned subsidiary Punjab National Bank (International) Limited, London and director on other subsidiaries and JVs (for different periods) namely PNB Housing Finance Limited, PNB Gilts Ltd. and Punjab National Bank Kazakhstan.
